William (Bill) Mantlo (born 9/11/1951) is an American comic book writer, primarily at Marvel Comics. He is best known for his work on two licensed toy properties whose adventures occurred in the Marvel Universe: Micronauts and Rom, as well as co-creating the characters Rocket Raccoon and Cloak and Dagger. He, with George Perez, created White Tiger, Marvel's first hero of Hispanic descent.

Sal Buscema (/bjuːˈsɛmə/; Italian: [buʃˈʃɛːma]; born Silvio Buscema,[1] January 26, 1936)[2] is an American comics artist, primarily for Marvel Comics, where he enjoyed a ten-year run as artist of The Incredible Hulk. He is the younger brother of comics artist John Buscema.
